From November 9 to December 6, 2026, the City of Houilles invites its residents, aged 16 and up, to apply for the renewal of its neighborhood councils.
These councils serve as exchange platforms between residents and the municipality, aiming to propose ideas, contribute to improving the living environment, and strengthen social bonds. Members can get involved in organizing local events, development projects, or discussions on green spaces and roads.
Candidates have three options to participate: online via the application form, by email at conseilsdequartier@ville-houilles.fr, or by using the paper form available at the town hall reception.
