The Versailles Grand Parc community council unanimously adopted a motion concerning the closure of the A13 motorway, scheduled from November 16, 2026, between the Boulevard Périphérique and the Vaucresson interchange.

These works, essential for the safety of the Saint-Cloud tunnel and the construction of the Line 15 West, are expected to cause significant traffic diversions. Travel, particularly bus services in the area, risks being severely disrupted.
Versailles Grand Parc is requesting the State to fully involve local authorities in monitoring the construction site. The authority seeks the communication of traffic studies and technical and financial support for the affected municipalities.
The motion also calls for the implementation of traffic regulation measures. It advocates for extending the announced toll measures for the A14 to the Duplex A86 and demands reliable public transport services throughout the duration of the works.
Particular attention is focused on the summer of 2027, which will see the simultaneous closure of both directions of the A13. The authority then requests the maintenance of high-performance services on Transilien lines L, N, and U, RER C, as well as the most exposed bus lines.
