Grand Paris Seine Ouest (GPSO) supports the development of carpooling with the new lines L2 and L3b from Île-de-France Mobilités, complementing the existing offer since October 2025.

Since October 2025, Île-de-France Mobilités has launched carpooling lines to simplify daily travel, complementing existing transport services. These lines, serving residents and employees, offer a mobility solution without organizational constraints thanks to dedicated stops and a mobile application connecting drivers and passengers.
Lines L2 (Les Ulis <> Pont de Sèvres) and L3b (Courcelles <> Pont de Sèvres), originating from Grand Paris Seine Ouest, pass through the towns of Boulogne-Billancourt, Meudon, and Sèvres. They complement line L1, which opened last May.
The carpooling service operates from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 4 AM to 11 PM. Telephone assistance is available from 6 AM to 9 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 8 PM on weekends.
For passengers, simply register their journey on the mobile app « Lignes de covoiturage IDFM » or via SMS. They will then be picked up by a driver at the nearest carpooling stop.
Drivers indicate their route on the same application. Illuminated signs signal a passenger's request and destination. Drivers pick up passengers at selected stops without altering their usual route. They receive compensation of €2 per passenger transported over 2 km, in addition to compensation of €0.50 for any trip over 5 km declared during peak hours.
Stops within the GPSO territory include the Pont de Sèvres (122 avenue du Général Leclerc in Boulogne-Billancourt), as well as two stops in Meudon (24 avenue du Maréchal Juin and 28 route du Pavé des Gardes, on the border with Sèvres).
