Seven start-ups from the PSL University ecosystem have been selected for the 2026 cohort of the French Tech 2030 program, which supports companies developing breakthrough technologies for French technological sovereignty.

Among this year's 80 laureates, Cailabs, C12 Quantum Electronics, HiQuTe Diamond, LithoSquare, One Biosciences, Sonomind, and Welinq were honored. These companies, supported by the institutions of the PSL Innovation Hub (PUI), showcase the diverse expertise within the PSL ecosystem.
Cailabs is recognized for its photonic technologies applied to telecommunications, space, industry, and defense. C12 Quantum Electronics designs quantum processors based on carbon nanotubes. HiQuTe Diamond develops advanced technologies for cutting-edge electronic and quantum applications using synthetic diamond.
LithoSquare focuses on emerging solutions in energy technologies and decarbonization. One Biosciences leverages artificial intelligence and cell analysis for precision medicine and oncology. Sonomind offers a new therapeutic approach for rapid, non-invasive depression treatment through ultrasound neuromodulation. Finally, Welinq develops solutions for interoperability between classical and quantum computing.
Launched by the French Tech Mission, the French Tech 2030 program aims to support high-potential French start-ups in strategic sectors such as artificial intelligence, health, quantum, cybersecurity, space, robotics, energy, decarbonization, and semiconductors. Laureates receive enhanced state support and privileged access to industrial and institutional partners.
