Several collaborators from Paris Habitat, along with representatives from the Family Allowance Fund (CAF) and the Paris City Social Services Center, were present to assess the situation and rights of the tenants. The goal is to combat the underutilization of social aid, often due to a lack of information or shame.
Among the beneficiaries, Sylvana discovered she was eligible for the Solidarity Allowance for the Elderly (Aspa). "It's a more than welcome help for which I would never have taken the steps," she explained, highlighting the importance of these support sessions organized "close to our homes."
Thanks to this program, Sylvana will receive an additional €215 per month. The 'Your Rights Live' initiative is deployed by Paris Habitat to ensure tenants receive all the aid they are entitled to, thereby improving their daily lives.
“"These support sessions aim to adapt to the tenants and are organized close to our homes."
'Your Rights Live' is a program developed by Paris Habitat to combat the underutilization of rights through support sessions organized close to tenants' homes. These sessions offer a personalized assessment of the situation and identify the aid tenants may be eligible for. They are organized by the social and rental management teams of Paris Habitat, the City of Paris, and the Family Allowance Fund (Caf).
