This annual meeting, co-led by the Île-de-France Region and the State, and facilitated by the Institut Paris Region (IPR), provided a platform to discuss issues related to goods transport in the region. OFELIF, established in 2024, brought together local authorities, state services, companies, professional federations, infrastructure managers, experts, and researchers from the sector.
The morning began with a presentation of the Île-de-France public policies on freight and logistics, driven by the State and the Region, as well as the Observatory's work and its charter of commitment.
Two round tables followed. The first presented the findings of a workshop held from February to June 2026 on the logistics real estate pressure in Île-de-France. Louise Hurtel, study management officer for Spatial Planning and Territorial Transitions at the DRIEAT, participated in its facilitation.
The second round table focused on accelerating modal shift in Île-de-France through the renewal of combined transport. Eliott Varon, deputy head of the Transport Policy Service (SPOT) and head of the Mobility and Logistics Department (DML) at the DRIEAT, spoke at this session.
The morning concluded with the director of the Transport Mobility department at the Institut Paris Region presenting OFELIF's future work prospects. The DRIEAT continues its commitment to better understanding the challenges of freight and logistics, in order to support public policies adapted to the needs of the Île-de-France territories.
