The Alim'ton Agglo event, focused on local, gourmet, and responsible food, celebrates its 5th edition in Pontault-Combault. Join us on Saturday, October 10th, from 10 AM to 5:30 PM, in the cour de la Ferme briarde, for a day rich in flavors and discoveries.
Visitors can enjoy tastings of local products, meet producers and artisans, and discover original activities offered by committed associations. Selected caterers will also provide gourmet breaks.
The program includes various stands such as Les jardins de Nausicaä (market garden micro-farm), Alix Chocolatier, Le rucher Lognot and Rucher de Maurevert (beekeeping), Reboot micro-brasserie (craft beers), Rhums arrangés Kevas (spiced rums), Tendance Natur’Elle (Spanish specialties), OZ le thé (quality teas), Les Vertueux - M2IE (seasonal vegetables and bike blender), Valcoop (cooperative supermarket), as well as food trucks Les Frangins and La ch’tite guyanaise.
The Paris - Vallée de la Marne Tourisme office will be present to showcase the region. Presentations on the Territorial Climate Air - Energy Plan and the Territorial Food Project, as well as activities on the Territorial Economic Cooperation Hub (PTCE) and AMAPs, are also planned.
Specific workshops and activities include a quiz on breast cancer screening by Solidarités de Paris - Vallée de la Marne, a presentation of the Community Biodiversity Atlas, an overview of Super U's operations and agricultural partnerships, a board game on water and eco-gestures by MarnEauVal, a clay modeling workshop by La Paume de terre, and the presentation of the missions of Les Restos du Coeur.
Other stands will feature the Sustainable Food Wheel by Les Ciboulettes, gourmet haikus by Écout(é)cris, science workshops by Les Petits Débrouillards, a presentation on composting by SIETOM, books at the Riverte - les pépites de la récup resource center, and discussions around AMAPs by Les Panais de Pontault.
The Media Libraries will present their seed libraries, board games, and books on food, as well as the offerings of the 14 media libraries in the area. The exhibition "My Plate, My Planet" will invite reflection on the challenges of sustainable food for the future.
The program also includes shows and activities: "Les Contes du ventre rond" by Nathalie Bondoux at 10:30 AM (ages 3+), a participatory quiz on agriculture and food at 2 PM, a reading bar by the company Les Écriés from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and the Food Fresco at 4 PM, a collaborative game exploring the impacts of our food choices.
