On October 7th, the Mission Locale Marne-la-Vallée organized a guidance session in Annet-sur-Marne to assist young people aged 16 to 25 with their job search, career discovery, and training applications.

This initiative, a collaboration with the Communauté de communes Plaines et Monts de France (CCPMF), took place in one of the four reference towns for the Local Mission within the Community of Communes' territory: Annet-sur-Marne, Fresnes-sur-Marne, Le Pin, and Villevaudé.
Young attendees had the opportunity to present their situations, express their constraints, and discuss their concerns, such as a training course no longer meeting their expectations, a loss of interest in their studies, or leaving the school system. These exchanges helped to better understand their needs and aspirations.
In response, personalized advice and leads towards training programs, contacts, and support structures were offered. Flyers were also provided, giving them useful information to continue their efforts.
Further guidance sessions are planned to continue this local support for the region's youth.
