The Sainte-Croix Institution inaugurated on October 7, 2026, the premises that recently welcomed its Apprenticeship Training Unit (UFA). This unit, affiliated with Cerfal (CFA), supports young people in building their professional projects through work-study training.
Thanks to a professional and committed teaching team and its network of partner companies, the establishment will train today's youth to become tomorrow's professionals. The educational project focuses on three priorities: the success of apprentices, the acquisition of solid professional skills, and sustainable integration into the professional world.
The proposed programs include the BTS Management Commercial Opérationnel, preparing students to manage a commercial unit, develop customer relationships, and handle operational management. Graduates will be qualified for roles such as sales representatives, customer advisors, store managers, or department heads.
The BTS Négociation et Digitalisation de la Relation Client trains students to create and develop a client portfolio through prospecting. Apprentices learn communication and negotiation skills, market analysis to propose relevant services, and digital commercial strategy development.
Starting from September 2027, a BTS in Electrotechnics will also be offered. The UFA is located in the former premises of the La Table Ronde retirement home, which include several dormitory rooms.
