The Week of Industry, a national event for discovering industrial professions, will be held across Plaine Commune from November 16 to December 4, 2026. The initiative aims to showcase local expertise and training and employment opportunities.

Plaine Commune is fully supporting this first territorial edition, inviting industrial companies and training institutions to open their doors. Visits and meetings will highlight their activities, as well as opportunities for training, internships, apprenticeships, and employment.
This initiative is particularly aimed at high school students, young people, and job seekers. It is supported by partners such as Reekom, SNCF (Technicentre Le Landy and the RER B Line Directorate), RATP, Moulinot, Paprec, Picnic Kiosque, Rénova Chrome, and ARIC.
The Industreet campus, located in Stains, will also open its doors. It offers free training for young people aged 18 to 29 in three fields: industrial production, digital technology, and industry-applied energy. A visit will allow participants to discover its workshops and professional training paths.
The initiative is supported by France Travail, local employment agencies (Missions locales), local insertion agencies, Cap emploi, the Créteil Academy, GRETA, Industreet, and the territory's vocational high schools.
