Metro Line 1 Extension: Public Meeting on September 24

Following years of campaigning for the arrival of Metro Line 11 and Tramway T1 in Montreuil, the city is relaunching the consultation for the extension of Metro Line 1. The project aims to extend the line from Vincennes to Val de Fontenay, passing through Montreuil, with the creation of a new station in the heart of the Bel-Air - Grands Pêchers district.

This project, which is not yet decided, is back on the public discussion agenda. Residents are invited to a presentation meeting for the consultation, which will begin in October. This extension would offer an alternative to cars, reduce travel times, and facilitate access to employment, education, healthcare, and leisure, thereby benefiting public health and the environment.
