Approximately 200 residents are expected for this free event, focused on sharing and social diversity. The goal is to create boxes filled with small tokens of appreciation to be offered to individuals participating in this "Réveillon Solidaire" (Solidarity New Year's Eve).
Participants are encouraged to include items related to leisure (a book, card game), warm accessories (hat, socks, scarf), gourmet treats (honey, chocolate, tea bags), or gender-neutral hygiene products (toothbrush, hand products). Each person can imagine a personalized assortment.
Volunteers can prepare their boxes at home, decorate them, and add their chosen surprises. The CCAS (Communal Center for Social Action) can also provide shoeboxes. Each gift will be unique, imagined by one resident for another.
Beyond the material gift, this initiative aims to convey a message of care for others and social connection, reminding everyone that they matter and are not forgotten.
