From October 6th to 17th, the City of Ermont, in partnership with health organizations and local associations, is offering a series of workshops and activities dedicated to the prevention of female and male cancers.

The main objective of this initiative is to raise awareness among the general public about the importance of cancer screening. Various events are planned to inform and encourage participation.
On Thursday, October 8th, the Mammobus from the "Le Bus de la Santé" association will stop in Ermont. Health professionals will be on board to discuss breast cancer, offer support, and conduct free screenings without appointment. Educational workshops "Palp'Action" are also part of the program. It will be open from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, parked in front of the market square, on rue Saint-Flaive Prolongée.
On Tuesdays, October 6th and 13th, introductory country dance workshops will be led by instructor Dominique Migeon. These sessions will take place from 5 PM to 7 PM in the Town Hall Park, located at 100 rue Louis-Savoie.
The highlight of this campaign will be on Saturday, October 17th, with the "Santé vous bien" village. From 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, on the forecourt and in the foyer of the Théâtre Pierre-Fresnay (3 rue Saint-Flaive Prolongée), participants can explore information and cancer prevention booths, wellness activities such as yoga, massage, and sophro-aesthetics, a culinary workshop, and creative activities for families. The Ligue contre le cancer 95, Alicia Le Mouel (yoga instructor), Les Mains qui dansent, Les Globe Croqueurs, La Fanadurock, Virginie Capelle, and the Lions Club will participate in this free, no-registration-required event.
