The Île-de-France Region has launched the tenth edition of the Regional Fund for Emerging Talents (FoRTE), offering financial and professional support to artists aged 18 to 30 residing in the region.

Until November 30, 2026 at noon, artists and creators from Champigny-sur-Marne and across Île-de-France, who are preparing their first professional work, are invited to submit their applications. The program covers all artistic fields: music, theater, dance, visual arts, photography, design, cinema, and video.
The FoRTE program offers a monthly grant of up to €2,500, paid over 10 months, as well as personalized support from a recognized cultural or professional structure. To be eligible, candidates must reside in Île-de-France and be supported by a professional organization.
The city of Champigny-sur-Marne encourages this initiative, noting that young creation already finds a favorable echo there through events such as the Contemporary Art Biennale and the Émergence(s) Festival.
Interested individuals can complete their application online and find all detailed information on the Île-de-France Region's website.
