The city of Orly has launched the "Pass Permis" scheme, a financial aid of €300 for Orly residents aged 18 to 25 to help finance their category B driving license.

This initiative aims to facilitate obtaining the driving license, a crucial step for professional integration, social inclusion, and mobility for young people. In return for this aid, beneficiaries commit to completing 15 hours of volunteering with partner local associations.
The principle is simple: after selection by a committee, the young person signs an agreement with the City and one of the 3 partner driving schools. The volunteering mission, which can involve solidarity actions, citizenship, or cultural and sports activities, must be completed within 4 months of signing the agreement.
Once the mission is completed, the City will transfer the €300 via bank transfer directly to the driving school, deducted from the total cost of the license.
Application forms can be collected at the town hall (7 av. Adrien Raynal – 01 48 90 20 00) or at the Forum Pablo Neruda (33 rue des Hautes Bornes – 01 48 84 73 93), or downloaded online. They must be submitted in person at the Forum Pablo Neruda, from Monday, January 18 to Friday, February 26, 2027 inclusive, during opening hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM).
