Starting November 1st, residents of Le Plessis-Trévise will benefit from two new points of contact for their administrative procedures with the expansion of the France Services network. These service points will be located at the Maison de la Famille and the Prince de Conti residence, in addition to the Roussillon space.
The service hours are as follows: the Espace Roussillon (22, avenue du Général-de-Gaulle) will be open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 am to 12 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm, and Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm (closed Thursday afternoon). The Maison de la Famille (12, avenue de l’Eden) will be open on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The Résidence Prince de Conti (63, avenue du Général-de-Gaulle) will offer its services on the 3rd Thursday of the month, during the same hours.
France Services is a program designed to simplify everyday administrative tasks, such as filing taxes, updating information with the CAF (Family Allowance Fund), preparing for retirement, applying for a vehicle registration card, or obtaining information about one's rights. The support provided is personalized, free, and local, without the need for an appointment.
A trained agent will welcome, inform, and assist users, whether procedures are completed online or on paper. This service plays a crucial role in combating the digital divide by helping individuals who are less comfortable with computer tools to access their rights independently. Users have access to services from 12 national partners, including the Family Allowances, Retirement Insurance, Health Insurance, Public Finances, France Travail, and Urssaf, among others.
