The 2026 winners of the Novembre à Vitry International Painting Prize will be revealed this Saturday, September 26, starting at 6 PM at the Galerie municipale Jean-Collet. This event coincides with the inauguration of the exhibition dedicated to the artists selected for this edition.
From September 26 to December 13, 2026, the gallery will showcase the works of the competing artists. In parallel, an exhibition on the first floor will feature the 2025 prize winners, Bohyeon Hwang and Sosthène Baran, offering a look at their work.
Established in 1969 by the city, this prize for artists under 40 years old has become a key event for discovering new generations of painters and underscores Vitry-sur-Seine's commitment to contemporary creation.
This year's jury includes Marine Zonca, Joan Ayrton, Lassana Sarre, Bohyeon Hwang, and Sosthène Baran.
