The Department of Yvelines has launched Allô Routes 78, a telephone service designed to simplify procedures for residents with any road-related inquiries.

Given the complexity of the road network managed by various entities (Department, State, municipalities, inter-municipalities), it was often difficult for users to know whom to contact. The new Allô Routes 78 service aims to clarify this process by providing a single point of contact.
The number, 01 39 07 58 35, allows residents of Yvelines to specify their request. Calls are then directed to the appropriate service based on the road in question, ensuring a tailored response.
The service is available from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and on Fridays, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Calls are handled by the Departmental Contact Center, which directs inquiries to the relevant departments.
The Department is providing a communication kit to inform residents about this new system. Further details can be found on a dedicated webpage.
