The Tuesday weekly market in Angerville has welcomed two new vendors to delight food lovers. Élogie, an African caterer present since September, offers a culinary journey with exotic grocery items, Chinese, Caribbean, and African specialties, as well as prepared dishes and fritters.
Passionate about cooking, the owner is developing her catering business and has been selling her products online via Chez Élogie.fr for three years. She is joined by her sister and mother at her colorful stall.
This Tuesday morning, La Maison des 3 Petits Cochons from Pussay, specializing in charcuterie, catering, and cheese, made its debut at the market. The establishment offers over twenty types of sausages, from classic recipes to more unusual ones like Basque, Southern French, Caribbean, porcini mushroom, duck, and fig flavors.
Soon, the product range will expand to include gift boxes and a special Advent calendar dedicated to sausages. Residents are encouraged to explore these new flavors and connect with the vendors at the next market.
