The State will undertake reinforcement work on the Saint-Cloud tunnel, heading from Paris towards the provinces, from November 2026 to late August 2027. Consequently, a prefectural decision mandates the interruption of ongoing works on the Pont de Neuilly. This measure aims to prevent traffic disruption upstream on the RN 13. The City was informed of this decision late.
This suspension compels the involved municipalities to halt work on the Pont de Neuilly. The reinforcement work on the Saint-Cloud tunnel is scheduled to conclude in August 2027. Therefore, the development works on the Pont de Neuilly will resume from September 2027.
The updated schedule includes, until mid-November 2026, the repair and waterproofing of sidewalks, modernization of public lighting, and redevelopment of the hotel forecourt to ensure cycling continuity between the Pont de Neuilly and boulevard Patrick Devedjian. The resumption of major works is set for September 2027, including the creation of a secure bidirectional cycle path and the passage of a high-voltage line.
The entry ramp onto the Pont de Neuilly and the entry ramp at RD 7 will reopen to traffic in mid-November.
