Facing a major economic challenge, the CCI Paris Île-de-France and its partners are organizing the 12th edition of the Transfair trade show on November 16, 2026, dedicated to business transfer and takeover.

Business transfer is now recognized as an essential national economic issue for preserving companies, jobs, and know-how. In a context of unprecedented generational renewal, facilitating the takeover of viable businesses is a key lever for competitiveness and entrepreneurship.
Taking over an existing company offers a solid path for development, building on existing production tools, teams, and proven expertise. Transfair provides comprehensive support (legal, fiscal, financial, strategic) for sellers and buyers.
Following the success of the 2025 edition, Transfair 2026 will feature 26 conferences on keys to success, workshops, masterclasses, and free consultations. Accountants, auditors, lawyers, and experts from CCI and Bpifrance will be present to advise participants.
Highlights include an opening conference with Dominique Restino, president of CCI Paris Île-de-France, and a seller/buyer testimony, as well as sessions on valuing a company and sourcing ideal buyers or businesses.
The event will take place on Monday, November 16, starting at 9:00 AM at the CCI Paris Île-de-France, located at 11 rue Léon Jouhaux – 75010 Paris. Registration and the full program are available online.
