The Youth Space continued its inter-municipal exchange dynamic with structures in Coupvray and Magny-le-Hongre. These well-received meetings allowed young people to forge new connections and share enjoyable moments. The activity program included outings to the swimming pool, cinema, ice rink, as well as sports and numerous games.
However, the weather played a spoiler. Storm Austen forced the cancellation of a theater outing, but it was quickly rescheduled for November 20. The holidays concluded on October 30 with an evening event where the 'seniors' of the Youth Space organized a challenging 'Panic Room', testing participants' critical thinking, teamwork, and composure in a mysterious and frightening atmosphere.
Meanwhile, children at the Leisure Center unleashed their creativity during arts and crafts activities and participated in numerous outdoor games, discovering new ways to have fun thanks to a 'World Games' facilitator.
The preschoolers enjoyed a beautiful outing to the Jardin du Point du Jour in Verdelot, a fairytale-like garden labeled 'Jardin Remarquable'. The elementary school children were amazed by the spectacle and performances of artists during their trip to the Cirque Bormann, where they also participated in circus workshops (hula hoop, juggling, trampoline) led by the artists.
The Halloween day was once again a great success! Frightening costumes and a candy hunt made this day a 'devilishly fun' moment. A big thank you was extended to all the children for their good spirits throughout the holidays, and to the animation team for their dedication.
