On Saturday, September 5, Mayor Demba Traore cut the inaugural ribbon for the Pont-Yblon basins. This green space, long closed to the public, is now accessible to all Blanc-Mesnilois.
« In an urbanized city like ours, these breathing spaces are precious, » the mayor emphasized. He was joined by Stéphane Troussel, president of the Departmental Council of Seine-Saint-Denis, his vice-president Belaïde Bedreddine, as well as Didier Mignot, first deputy mayor and regional councilor of Île-de-France, Dolores Ortega, departmental councilor, Quentin Gesell, mayor of Dugny, and Geoffrey Carvalhinho, regional councilor of Île-de-France.
The mayor concluded his speech by highlighting the importance of « living together and sharing » that this new park represents.
