France Services in Santeny will open its doors on Monday, October 12, and Wednesday, October 14, 2026, for two days dedicated to assisting residents with their administrative procedures. These events aim to facilitate access to public services and provide personalized support.
On Monday, October 12, from 9:30 AM to 12 PM and 1:45 PM to 4 PM, a CAF (Family Allowance Fund) advisor will be available. The program includes an introduction to France Services, exploring the caf.fr website, creating and using a personal account, assistance with quarterly resource declarations, and Q&A sessions.
On Wednesday, October 14, from 9:30 AM to 12 PM and 1:30 PM to 4 PM, the Pension Insurance will hold information sessions. Visitors can learn about the Pension Insurance website and its procedures, such as survivor's pensions and the ASPA (Supplementary solidarity allowance). A workshop will also focus on preparing for retirement.
Welcome coffee will be served at the beginning of each half-day, along with a general presentation of the services offered by France Services.
