Grant applications for the 2026-2027 season are now closed. The City of Rosny-sous-Bois, through its Department of Neighborhood Life, implements a policy to support associations to foster conviviality and encounters in priority neighborhoods. This initiative, undertaken jointly with the State, aims to revalue these areas and reduce inequalities.
The Fund for the Emergence and Development of Associations (Feda) is intended for associations in Rosny wishing to develop a project in one of the three priority neighborhoods: Bois Perrier – Marnaudes, Boissière – Coteaux Beauclair, or Pré-Gentil. Associations not subsidized by the city contract or another State mechanism, or whose municipal subsidy is less than €3,000, can receive funding of up to €3,000. A co-financing of 20% of the total cost by the association is required.
The deadline for submitting applications for the next commission is November 4, 2026. Project leaders are invited to contact the Department of Neighborhood Life at 01 41 58 59 93 for assistance in preparing their application. The completed application must be presented to a commission, along with the signed Feda operating charter. An action report must then be submitted to the department.
This fund is financed by the City of Rosny-sous-Bois and the State (via the General Directorate for Territorial Equality - CGET). This call for projects is the last before the mid-term review of the "Engagements Quartiers 2030" city contracts. An evaluation process is underway to adapt actions to the needs of the department's 75 priority neighborhoods for the next three years.
The "City Policy" 2027 call for projects will be open until December 1, 2026. Projects must align with the priorities of city contracts and the axes defined by the Interministerial Committee on Cities (CIV) of June 6, 2025. Particular attention will be paid to combating child prostitution, mental health as a major national cause in 2025 and 2026, and living together, including citizen engagement and the fight against discrimination.
