At Enghien-les-Bains station, a young landscaper, Avram Stoica, benefits from a professional integration contract supported by Transilien SNCF Voyageurs and the Plaine de Vie association, allowing him to develop his skills and look towards the future.

Transilien SNCF Voyageurs is committed to the professional integration of residents in the Île-de-France region, particularly through the maintenance of green spaces at its stations. At Enghien-les-Bains, a young landscaper, Avram Stoica, shares his experience with the Plaine de Vie association.
Avram Stoica, 21, holding a vocational qualification in mechanics, found a professional opportunity as a landscaper thanks to Plaine de Vie. After a trial day, he signed a contract and is discovering the rewarding aspects of the job, such as handling tools and trimming hedges, while enjoying working outdoors.
The team manages the green spaces at the stations of Enghien-les-Bains, Épinay-Villetaneuse, Groslay, and Deuil-Montmagny. Visibility and safety are paramount at the station: wearing high-visibility vests, setting up cones, and stopping work when trains arrive are essential measures to ensure the safety of travelers and staff.
Avram enjoys seeing the transformation of the spaces, from a 'jungle' to a 'neat' area. Alternating tasks and practice allow him to acquire new skills. His progression to full-time hours reflects the trust placed in him, and he now considers starting his own business or joining SNCF.
For over 20 years, Transilien SNCF Voyageurs has supported integration workshops and projects (ACI), combining paid employment and training for individuals distant from the job market. These projects, state-approved, contribute to station maintenance and enhancement, with employees paid at least the minimum wage.
For the past three years, Transilien SNCF Voyageurs has partnered with Plaine de Vie to promote employment through green space initiatives at stations.
