As the owner, the City of Créteil aims to restore the Domaine Sainte-Catherine to its original purpose by selecting a future operator. The goal is to revive this emblematic location while respecting its history, environment, and identity.
Located in an exceptional setting by the Marne, Domaine Sainte-Catherine holds significant historical value for the residents of Créteil. It was long managed by a family and has become a popular, convivial place deeply connected to the city's collective memory.
Candidates must propose a high-quality, responsible catering project, considering price range, opening hours, respect for neighbors, environmental considerations, and the enhancement of outdoor spaces. Emphasis will be placed on traditional or slow food, favoring short supply chains.
The site, situated at Île Brise-Pain, 22 allée centrale, boasts an attractive location with a restaurant hall, kitchen, technical areas, ancillary premises, a terrace, and outdoor spaces. It is accessible via pedestrian and cycle paths along the Marne, major roads, and public transport, and has its own parking facilities.
The municipality hopes to enhance the appeal of the Marne riverbanks and restore the Domaine's central role in local life, awaiting a new professional to write the next chapter of its history.
