Several merchants have approached the City of Sarcelles to obtain a temporary public domain occupation permit for selling flowers and floral products during the upcoming All Saints' Day celebrations. This initiative is planned for October 31 to November 1, 2026, at Place du Souvenir français.

Complete applications, including the attached form and a photocopy of the candidate's national identity card, must be submitted by 5 PM on Friday, October 23, 2026.
